Beprost sodium is the sodium form of anticoagulant beprost. It can inhibit platelet aggregation, platelet adhesion and release reaction, dilate arterioles and venules, especially the pulmonary artery vascular bed, thereby reducing pulmonary artery pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance. In addition, beprost sodium can also increase capillary density, reduce the inflammatory mediators of Chemicalbook in microcirculation and the increase of vascular permeability caused by 5-hydroxyserotonin and histamine, promote endogenous fibrinolytic activity, and have a certain anti-inflammatory effect, increase cardiac output and improve mixed venous blood oxygen saturation.
